Come and show support to winners of the national round of the European drawing and poster competitions and watch the awarding ceremony.

Drawing competition "Science 100 years ago – science in 100 years"

The mission of the competition, held in Slovakia from July 17th to September 17th, 2009, was to support children in visualizing the progress of science and research.

Poster competition "Researchers‘ Night 2010 Poster"

Competition aimed at high school and university students - design the poster for the next year of the Researchers’ Night project.

Night in the Botanical Garden

After the close of the presentations in Avion, Researchers' Night goes on in Bratislava Botanical Garden. Come and watch tropical and subtropical plants’ nightlife and throw a glance at the stars through the telescope.

Star watching in Tatranská Lomnica

As the night falls, the gates of the Astronomical Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences open for the public to come and watch the stars from the foot of the High Tatras in the company of researchers who guide the observations and provide explanation.
